The reader can handle all RFID formats used in the waste management industry. It communicates with the host computer via Bluetooth.

The reader can hold an impressive 2,000 tag numbers stamped with the time and date from the moment they were scanned. The entire reader, which comprises an antenna, battery and Bluetooth module, is not much bigger than a matchbox.
