We also have traveling service technicians who come to you when the problem cannot be solved remotely. We can also offer a number of different service agreements where we agree on an SLA time that fits your needs.

We also have trained staff at service workshops across the country so that you always have service close at hand.

Periodic inspection

Scales used to weigh waste must be checked every 12 months. The person who uses the scale is responsible for ensuring that this is done.
Botek is accredited by Swedac and offers to carry out periodic inspections of container scales and chassis scales both at your premises and at our premises in Ulricehamn and Kallhäll.

Workshops & service points

Easily accessible service is an important factor when choosing a supplier. At Botek we have solved this in our own way. We train local workshops, so that the service is available close to you.

In addition to these service workshops, we have our own premises. For more extensive work and renovations, we base ourselves in Ulricehamn and Stockholm.

Education and training

We offer our customers and service workshops various training packages on how to troubleshoot and repair our systems. The courses are held in our own premises, both in Ulricehamn and Kallhäll.

Our idea is that when you leave here, you should have a good enough foundation in how our systems are built to be able to easily start a troubleshooting and repair.

Warehouse service

To reduce service time as much as possible, we keep consignment stocks of essential spare parts.
